Important information about your booking
30% deposit required to confirm booking. Balance due 30 days before travel. Last-minute bookings require full payment. We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer, and credit cards.
60+ days before travel: Full refund. 30-59 days: 50% refund. 15-29 days: 25% refund. 14 days or less: No refund. Visa fees are non-refundable once submitted.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and lost baggage. We can assist with insurance arrangements.
Travelers are responsible for valid passports (minimum 6 months validity) and necessary visas. We provide visa assistance but ultimate approval rests with embassies.
We're not liable for circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or airline schedule changes. Travel insurance is essential.
